from SBTPG to MVB bank

SBTPG customer service says they disbursed my Refund and my bank is MVB BANK, INC,I need to contact them. Technically they cant be contacted as i am not customer and cant access their system. IDK why they are my bank.Or is it you that is holding the money now, in that bank. will be happy if you can clarify.
