After all this now I know for sure my form wasn't filed and All 5 customers service members and resolutions desk lied!, Now, I have to wait to amend my taxes this has been headache!,Not sure how my taxes even went through and it was still under review status. I hope nobody else have to endure this mess

Please explain. Your post is very confusing. Did you e-file? Was the e-file accepted or rejected? If it was rejected then you fix it and re-file but you do not click on anything that says "amend" to fix it. Amending is a special process you use only for a return that has been fully processed.
If your tax return is under review by the IRS then the IRS has the return and you just have to wait out the process. Amending is not the appropriate course of action at this time. Who told you that the return is under review?
I was told by 5 Turbo Tax people that form 8915E-T ( the 2nd distribution) out 3 was filed! The form wasn't available until 3/31/22 and when I attempted to file, it stated I needed to re-visit at a later date! Turbo downloaded 8915-E-,T or 8915F on 3/24/22. I answered the questions hit continue and said it was ready to wrap up. It was accepted when I went print/ saved to my file. All my tax forms were there, but the distribution form. The resolution desk stated it was filed, and Customer Service stated it was filed . We looked at the amended as under IRA portion; it's still in red under review. How did it file if it was still under review? I asked customer service, and they remote in and agreed incomplete! I'm done. I just have to wait to amend that portion and send it in
