Form 3895 not needed for 2022 tax returns

I was told by Covered CA Representative that Form 3895 will not be sent and will not be needed for 2022 tax returns? Is this true?

Edited prior reply. True, California will not issue form 3895 for 2022.

I already spoke with two Covered CA representatives and they both gave me the same response, that form 3895 will not be needed in filing 2022 tax returns even if you receive $1 premium credit per month for 2022.

So please let me know which is true. As I do not want to make mistake in filing my 2022 tax return.

You are correctly informed. Since federal subsidies increased California ceased its subsidies so for 2022 California is not issuing Form 3895.
