Form 3531 where to return

Someone please help, just got the 3531 form after waiting 6 months, don’t know where to send it back

It’s got a received stamped from Kansas City Mo where I originally sent it to, but the envelope has an Austin Tx address? Where should I send it I don’t wanna wait another 6 months :(
