Form 1116 Schedule B error message for 2021 amended return

I received a corrected 1099-DIV today and need to amend my 2021 return. I tried to e-file and received the following error message:

We can't e-file your return because we're unable to locate the attachment at /attachment/Form1116ScheduleB.pdf. Please go back and re-attach it. Then try e-filing again.

When I look at my saved PDF, the form is there. Why doesn't TurboTax recognize it on the amended return when it recognized it on my original return?

Cannot say for sure why your saved PDF is not being recognized. I would delete the PDF and re-upload the PDF.

E-filing is from the software, not a saved PDF file, so that shouldn't have anything to do with the error. It seems to me to be a software glitch that needs an update to fix.
