Forgot to enter Q4 quarterly payment on Federal return

Do I have to amend my return or will the IRS do this for me? And if I have to amend, do I just fill in Line 13 on 1040-X, or do I have to fill all the lines?

Do not ever amend a tax return until it has been fully processed by the IRS. Wait to see if the IRS catches the mistake and corrects it. If they do not correct the mistake, THEN you can amend.
