Forgot a w2

I have a question . Because I think I made a mistake on my  return  I filed my return and missed 1 w2 on this one, and I got the 4464c letter saying they are holding my refund for review .. should I amend that or wait for them to fully process the return then amend so I don’t cause longer delays ? Don’t they usually refund that or adjust it  my refund was accepted through turbo so I’m just so lost!

this is what the iRS says re 4464c letter

If you filed a return
You don't need to take any action. Please do not call us until 60 days after the letter date and only if you haven't received your refund or heard from us by then.
We recommend you review your return for any errors and file a corrected or amended return to correct the information.  

they don;'t say whether to file amended return immediately or wait for their action?
