<P><SPAN>My husband is filing a return for his late brother and there is a refund. My question is, is the refund part of the estate or does it go to my husband?</SPAN></P>

Can't adj my retained earnings for 2024. Tax tells me this is my final return. I did not choose to file a final return. Please advise.
