filing an amended return

I am trying to file an amended return. The IRS has approved and processed my 2021 return and I have received my refund. I entered amended items and went thru to the filing section. I have select e-file and it seems i am brought back to same efile question. The amended is a combination of increased interest and an increase in medical deductions.

What am I doing wrong ? I just want to efile my amended federal return

The Form 1040X you need will not be available until mid-March.

The 1040X (amended return) should be available 3/17.
