Filing an amended return for 2023

The home page for opening a 1040 form has a box that says "Need to file an amended return?". Unfortunately, this opening screen disappears once TurboTax starts initiating the opening of the tax file (occurs immediately!) I no longer see anywhere to click on in order to create an amended return. So how can I do that?

Navigate to your 2023 return and then scroll down on the page until you see a button that says "Amend my return".
