Files gone

When to 2025 return this morning and my entire 10-year history of tax returns have been deleted and a file labeled "P?S??_" is all that is in the Turbo Tax folder. Nothing on my windows back up either. I kept paper copies, but for next year it looks like I will need to recreate each return as the data will not be available to pull over. Real bummer.

Any idea on how to restore the files or why it happened.
