I know there's quite a few posts on this already, but a few things haven't been made abundantly clear.
I filed my 2020 taxes as my 2021 taxes on accident. I know I have to amend once I recieve my refunds. (my refund was accepted) But once I recieve my refunds, are they free to use as long as I send the amend? Will the IRS take back the money once the amend is proccessed, and will I have to redo my 2020 returns?
How do I file my 2021 taxes? Will I have to wait until my 2020 taxes are corrected? Will it be corrected on this site as well?

Once you receive your refund you should do the amendment right away, so you will know if you need to pay back part of your refund, or if you will receive an additional refund.
If you do owe on your amended return, you should pay that amount no later than April 18, 2022.
If you get an additional refund, there is no problem, you can spend your first refund and you will get the rest later.
If you filed your 2020 tax return using these forms, that return should be fine. If you didn't file your 2020 at all, you should do so as soon as you can. Be sure to use the 2020 tax program.

The amendment will be your 2021 tax return, so once you file that with the 2021 forms, you don't have to do anything else for 2021.
