Filed 2019 4/1/2020 EIP Payment was not correct

I filed my 2019 return on 4/1/2020 with a dependent when I received my EIP refund it was based on my 2018 return and I did not get the credit for my dependent for 2019

You should receive a letter from the IRS within 15 days with actions you can take if your stimulus payment was wrong.

Apparently That will be reconciled on your 2020 return next year.

TurboTax gets no information about the status of tax refunds or stimulus payments so no one from TurboTax can contact anyone for you.
