Many others are having this problem. You are not alone. Green Dot bank who issues the Turbo Debit card cannot be reached for explanation and Intuit is taking down replies that are honestly trying to help people figure out what to do next. They are offering no explanation as to why their partner Green Dot bank is not responding to customer questions about their missing stimulus payments. No explanation is being given by anyone responsible.
