Do i need to file tax even i dont have income for 2021

You do not have to file a tax return if all of the following are true.

• You had no income of any kind for the entire year.
• You did not receive advance Premium Tax Credit for health insurance.
• You did not receive advance Child Tax Credit payments.

Even if you are not required to file, you should file if you would be eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit or the Child Tax Credit.
