Why am I being charged for a free state return??

Why am I being charged for TurboTax again after buying the disk??????

If you are doing your return using the Turbo Tax online, this is different than the disk version you purchased at Costco. The disk version is a download you need to download and use on your computer.

On my 1098-t It says the scholarships grants exceeded payments received by the school. But I paid out of pocket after the scholarships were applied. Is this right?
