What TurboTax program are you using?  The TurboTax online web-based editions or the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition where you installed the software on a personal tax return?

Turbo tax online simple form.

can’t file because of federal form 2099R?

not sure what other form is needed so I can close this out and finish so I can file?

has this been researched and been resolved?

Was this an early withdrawal from the account?  What is the code in box 7 of the Form 1099-R?
