Federal tax return

This year is my first time having my tax return sent by mail, i recivied the state return portion but not the federal, i was curious if that's normal? and about when should i expect my federal tax??

It can be normal. Unfortunately, a mailed return take longer than an efiled return to process.The normal process is to contact the IRS after 4 weeks if you have not received your refund on a mailed return.
