My efiled Federal tax refund was rejected by USBank. The routing no. was correct, because the bank paid my CO tax bill. The IRS on 4/12/2021 said they were sending me a check instead , which i have not received. I have tried contacting the IRS, but I can't do it, Their automated system said to contact my tax preparer (you). How can I get what now seems to be a lost refund check?

If the federal refund check is lost then you have to report that to the IRS. TurboTax has no way to trace a lost mailed refund check.
Go to this IRS website for reporting a lost check - https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/refund-inquiries/refund-inquiries-0

TurboTax is not your tax preparer. You don't have a tax preparer. You prepared your tax return yourself. You used TurboTax as a tool to help you prepare your tax return, like using a calculator.
