Federal tax refund

I filed my taxes in March. I had to send it in by mail because my husband's identity was "stolen". I have already received my state refund. I'm just wondering why I have not gotten my fed refund yet? It's been more than 6weeks. How do I talk to a real person?

The IRS is not currently able to process mailed in tax returns. If you already have filed via paper but it has not yet been processed, do not file a second tax return or write to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return or your economic impact payment. Paper returns will be processed once processing centers are able to reopen.
