Federal Return showing Pending

Please help.

My federal return is showing as pending when I check online in my Turbo Tax account and when I called customer care they informed me the status is received.  I have question, Please let me know does received means received my Turbotax ?

If a TurboTax agent looked it up for you and said that the status is "Received by Agency", it means that the IRS received it. If you have a refund, the best way to check the status is to go to the IRS website Where is my refund? 

You might also want to clean cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that the browser doesn't "remember" the status. And then check the status through TurboTax again. Here is how to do that.
