I filled my taxes and have yet to received it. I looked on the IRS to see where it could be, it said that they reduced my federal refund by more than half of what I should be getting. I checked and I do not have any offsets. Please fix this

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
TurboTax cannot fix your tax return.
The IRS will be sending a letter in a few weeks explaining their changes to your tax return which reduced your tax refund. If you agree with the changes then there is nothing more you need to do. If you disagree with the IRS there will be a procedure to use in the letter to file a dispute with the IRS.
TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS after you file your return. No one at TT knows why your refund is reduced nor can anyone at TurboTax intercede to "fix" it. You will receive a letter from the IRS that explains to you why they reduced your refund. If it is not due to an offset for back taxes or child support, it might be for some other error like a mistake made with the 3rd EIP payment or advance child tax credit payments, for example.
