Federal and State Pending

I filed using a new email so they sent me an email to my previous accounts email saying they would hold my return for 48 hours before transmitting it as a security precaution. Thats fine, I get that and appreciate them looking out for me. But it's been 3 days now and the status on my tax home says they STILL havent sent in either of my returns. What do I do?
