That was the other issue. We got the email from turbo tax to amend the return because we had UI and didn’t know that we actually didn’t have to do anything.

You did not have to amend for that.  The IRS automatically fixed it for you.  People have been misunderstanding that email to amend.  I don't know what they will do with the amended return now.  But it takes over 4 months to process an amended return so they haven't processed it yet.

In this case, the IRS is likely to adjust for the automatic correction of your taxable UE which is being processed separately under a special program set up to do your refund for you.
