Federal Accepted but CA State pending

Hi - Last year both federal and state returns were accepted almost around the same time. This year my federal got accepted on Feb 12 but CA state says pending. Any thoughts? Has anyone got state approved?

First, Accepted means received for processing.  Approved is a later step.

Judging from the number of posts on this and other forums, California is very slow this year.
