Fed and State returns rejected

My Federal and State returns get rejected saying my dependents year of birth must not be greater than the tax year on the return.  My dependents year of birth is 1927 and entered as so on my return.  I have rechecked and verified the SS# and birthdate I entered for my Dependent. Is there a glitch in turbotax delux?  Error code I am getting is R0000-571-02.  Appreciate any assistance !
