fed and state rejection

just received a rejection from federal and state electronic filing. stated to go back to Turbo Tax and open and a window will open to inform me what to do----well I see no window. I need help.

my fed and state tax returns were rejected for not having the correct income listed for last yr 2018. I corrected it and now how do I know if it has been filed.
