Did you e-file?   Did you click a big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now?"   If so, now your e-file is in pending on a server, where it will remain until the IRS begins to accept/reject 2023 returns on January 29.   Do not try to change anything while your return is in pending.  Wait until the end of the month for an email that tells you if your return was accepted or rejected.
