Everything has seemed to disappear

Y’all I’m about to lose my dang mind! We filed with TT on 2/8 accepted same day, had a tax topic 152. SBTPG has refund expected amount. Then over this past weekend my bars are gone my tax topic 152 is gone, and SBTPG keeps throwing an error message even though all info is correctly put in😭

You should, Where’s My Refund? has the most up to date information available about your refund. The tool is updated daily (usually overnight) so you will just usually need to check once a day.

I entered a lot of data today.  I stopped for a little while, and when I came back, the TurboTax updated and when I tried to use it, it started off at the beginning, like a new customer.  it appears that I have lost all of my work today.

@glo9edu12  Are you using the Online version? Your data should save automatically as you proceed through your return. Simply log out of TurboTax. When you log back in, the program will ask you if you want to pick up where you left off.

I e-file on the 2.6.20 and it say I got approve but I still haven't received anything or gotten a update..

Does anyone else has this issue..and if you did how did you resolve it..its about to be a month..
