You can change your (or your spouse or dependent's) personal information in TurboTax by taking the following steps:

In your return, select "Personal Info"
On "Personal Info Summary" page you will see your personal details listed (Name, SSN, Birthdate, Occupation, Resident State), as well as those of your spouse and/or children, if applicable
Click on "Edit" button to the right of your personal details
On "Your personal info" screen, delete the middlle initial from your name and click on Continue button
You will be returned to the "Personal Info Summary" page
