I received an email from Turbo tx (official email address) stating that my refund would be deposited automatically into my account by the next business day. It said to contact SBTPG.com if I have any questions. The IRS website doesn't show that refund has yet been sent. So can I expect my refund tomorrow? Or are you guys spamming me email with false advertisement?

No and assuming you elected direct deposit. Turbotax gets no info about refunds from the IRS or states so it doesn't know the date it is or will be issued. I think it uses the IRS average of 21 days. Very misleading for users because some get it sooner and some later. ONLY the IRS WMR can provide a fairly accurate date. Even that can be off by days:
1) if you elected to have your Turbotax fees taken out of your refund, your refund is first sent to a third-party bank to split between you and Turbotax. Your portion is then electronically sent to your bank.
2) banks sometimes like to hold funds for a few days (I heard of up to 5 but from1 to 3 is more common)
3) if the routing or account number is bad even longer because the refund goes back to the IRS which mails you a check.
Right, the email was actually from intuit not directly from turbotax like the others have been and it said the funds were being sent to a bank (SBTC or some jaz) because I had my fees paid through my refund. I've read were the irs ticker can be slow to update after funds are processed. Just odd that intuit says the refund is come on x date. Makes Turbotax look even more slimey.
