No and assuming you elected direct deposit. Turbotax gets no info about refunds from the IRS or states so it doesn't know the date it is or will be issued. I think it uses the IRS average of 21 days. Very misleading for users because some get it sooner and some later. ONLY the IRS WMR can provide a fairly accurate date. Even that can be off by days:
1) if you elected to have your Turbotax fees taken out of your refund, your refund is first sent to a third-party bank to split between you and Turbotax. Your portion is then electronically sent to your bank.
2) banks sometimes like to hold funds for a few days (I heard of up to 5 but from1 to 3 is more common)
3) if the routing or account number is bad even longer because the refund goes back to the IRS which mails you a check.
