I've gotten two emails that say my return is incomplete and that "action is required to complete and file your return." But, when I did my taxes here on Turbotax I got an email saying that my Federal Tax Return was accepted by the IRS and that "Your'e officially finished filing your federal taxes." So what gives? Was my return filed and accepted by the IRS or not? This email says that I am missing my 2018 AGI. Thanks for any help or guidance.

If your return was accepted and you're able to check the status on www.irs.gov/refunds, then there should be nothing else required of you. It is possible that you have two different TurboTax accounts connected to your ID and the email saying action is required is from another account. If you need to find an account, our account recovery tool can help you find your User IDs or passwords associated with any given email or phone number.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I am able to check the status on the website you listed, so I guess it's all good. I'll check to see if I have two different accounts. Thanks again.
what is this about i payed for my return whats up with this
Can you please provide more details surrounding your issue as you have commented on a thread that is a year old. In the interim, you may confirm your e-file status here @john z.
My return say’s accepted but I got a email saying incomplete 2 weeks later. So is it filed and accepted or incomplete ?
You may use this tool to confirm your e-file status. It may also be helpful to check whether or not you have multiple Turbo Tax accounts @Seannance11.
This happens when you have more than one version of your tax filing. My "master" version or the one I filed, was accepted without any issues. However, I had two other versions of my tax filing where I did some "whatif" scenarios which were completed but unfiled. I believe these files are causing Turbotax to show these files as incomplete. Once you have confirmation your "original" file was accepted you have nothing to worry about.
