Please be more specific. Are you having a problem with e-filing your Federal or you State Return(s). Are you receiving an error message, what does it say?

Hello,

Apologies for the lack of details. What is happening is that I am needing to file for two states, o e as my home of residence on record (for military) and the one I am living in (Hawaii). I need to pay for the Hawaii taxes. The federal and other state have been filed no problem, but when I try to file the Hawaii taxes using direct debit option for payment, it says that it can't file because I have to select efile. I have gone through and made sure everything is completed and accurate, but it won't allow me to submit the file. Hopefully this is enough information. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

I'm sorry, but why are you filing a Hawaii return? Do you have wages other than military? Do you have a working non-military spouse with a different SLR?
