efile for amended return

hi,

When can i e-file my amended return for Federal ? Please verify the day that the e-file option will be available for us to use.

It was not there this morning. Today is Thursday 2-15-24.

Form 1040X is has been released and is now available for printing and for e-file. You should be able to e-file your amended return. Before amending, make sure your return has been accepted and you have either received your refund or your payment has been processed before amending.
