I recieved my 2018 federal refund but not my state refund

I have already contacted the state,the state deposited into the same account as my federal...same routing number..same account number on 3/9/19...called the bank..not in my account...called turbotax got nothing..called the bank..that is affiliated with turbo tax...and they said call you guys...called talked to robot..got the same BS...as I got with Civista Bank...who handles the account for Santa Barbara Tax Product Group.LLC..who then supposedly sends funds to turbotax debit card center..to distribute funds through you debit cards...I'm putting call into Louisiana Tax Fraud Division to get them started on where funds went..as I said I got my federal...but the 223.00..from state seems to have disappeared...
