I have attempted to e-file our 2020 federal return and keep getting a rejection message.  I have reviewed the information necessary to e-file (i.e. 2019 AGI, Identification information, etc.) and continue to receive a rejection.  I am not sure what other information i need to review and update. There are no errors on the federal return. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the tax return again.
