I have completed my taxes for 2021 and efiled them thru my software but I have not receeived a confirmaiton of receipt from the IRS. Should I resubmit them or will they upload to the IRS?

The IRS does not start processing returns until January 24.  So an efiled return is in limbo until then, except for a few returns they pull early for testing purposes.

Did you get a confirmation email from Trubo Tax saying it was submitted?  The IRS won't start taking returns until Jan 24.  Then they will send you another email saying it was Accepted or Rejected.  Until then it will sit and wait on the the Turbo Tax server.

Until then, if you filed with Online TurboTax, you can check the efile status in your Online Account by going to the Tax Home.  It should show as "pending" for now until the IRS starts taking returns.
