I've used Turbo-Tax for years and recently the E-filing does not work, still does not work, I had to file and extenstion, through Turbo-Tax that did not work, I had to hire a CPA, paid over $500, unless Turbo-Tax gets it's files in order i will never, ever recommend this product, it cost me money and no one can help.

Was your efile rejecting? We probably could have helped you fix it. Or how didn't efile work? Did you use the Online version or the Desktop CD/Download program?
I contacted customer service and was transfered to a technical person, they logged on to my system, and could not fix the problem. I was using the desktop version. I want a refund of the money I spent. I tried three times with three different "tech" people who reviewed my problem and could not fix the issue. I was told by all three of the "tech" people, well just file and extension and "MAYBE" later it will work. I would have expected a much more professional response. I want a refund of the monies I have spend for thie program.
