e-Filing pending status after 48 hours

I e-filed my taxes and its been more than 2 days that they're sitting in a pending state. This seems to be abnormal. Is something wrong with TT?

Sometimes it just takes a few extra days to process.

Check back in a few days to see if the return has either been accepted or rejected. 

Why is my return still pending?
