I am trying to submit a S Corp return via efile.  I submitted form 8453-S and now Turbo Tax is wanting me to go ahead and file the return.  I thought I had to wait for acceptance of form 8453-S by the IRS before efiling the return?  This is different from last year, has there been a change in the process or is something wrong?

No, you do not need to wait for the IRS to process this before the return is transmitted. You can go ahead and e-file the return. Per the instructions on the form: "Your tax preparation software will allow you to transmit this PDF file with the return"
