Not until the IRS opens on Jan 27, 2020.  Until then it will stay Pending on Turbo Tax .

IRS opens on Jan 27, 2020 for 2019 returns

The IRS has pulled some early for testing.

@jchristinerojas Your friend's return must have been in one of the small test batches that were pulled to try out the system before they start accepting and processing everyone else's returns on Jan. 27.

Every tax year the IRS will pull a small batch of tax returns early to test the IRS systems.  The vast majority of tax returns will not be pulled until on and after January 27

Ohh, I see. So, if ever its approved on the 27th. How long it takes before we get our refund?

The IRS target is 21 days after accepting the tax return to issue a tax refund.  However, that is a target only and not a guarantee.  Go to the IRS website for the tax refund status after 24 hours from being accepted - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
