I filed several days ago and I keep getting the message that it is still pending check back in 48 hours. Every other years that I have filed it usually excepts it within 24 hours. Is this typical for this year or did I do something wrong

You will have to wait for the IRS to start accepting or rejecting 2020 tax returns on February 12, 2021
