I cannot E-file my return due to a software bug. The final eFile check an CA SDI error pops up. It says I've entered an amount greater than $1,539.58 in box 14 from a W2. In the field I'm being to adjust (box 14) the amount is exactly 1,539.58. I tried reducing it by one penny and it still was rejected.

@Apres44 This kind of error usually results from an issue with importing the W2 into the system. First, try deleting the amount in box 14 and then re-entering it. If that doesn't fix the problem delete the W2 and enter the information manually.
@RobertB4444 , thanks. You are right. In the form view I found the other items in box 14 were coded to SDI on import from ADP. Ttax issue/bug is only being able to see the problem in form view, otherwise it’s hidden. Not sure who owns the import from ADP bug.
1. It still failed to e-file federal + state returns after the amounts were re-entered.
2. it still failed to e-file federal + state returns after deleting W2 and re-entering.
3. State filing was charged twice, I am not sure how to get them refund. :(
Super bad experiences after TurboTax usages of many years!!
It would be best to follow the instructions here to contact us by phone. This will allow us to look into the rejection code as well as look into the refund of the fees. @Jianyi Yu
