I have tried to e-file my taxes 6 times today. First time the AGI was what Turbo Tax input in from last year. Then I tried typing the same figure in (after confirming from last year's taxes that it was correct). Tried twice. Called Support and they had me obtain a transcript from the IRS. Same AGI so also retyped in my PIN and tried. Failed. Then I saw a possible different number on the IRS return and tried it. It failed. So I went back to the number from last years returns and the IRS return transcript. Failed again. This has to be a TurboTax software glitch or an IRS issue. Support was very nice but has no clue what the issue is. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

The IRS probably does not have your 2020 AGI in their database.
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the tax return again.

Thank you so much. That solved it. Wish TurboTax support knew this. Would have been such a simple solution.
Got to your IRS account and get an IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN). If your spouse doesn't have an IRS account, create one and get an ID PIN for her/him. Enter the two IP PINs into your TurboTax by entering IP PIN ( make sure to include the space) in the search box and then clicking the "jump to IP PIN" link.
I was in the exact same place you are and this "work around" worked like a charm
