During the step by step I accidentally selected Yes for 1095-A and e-filed. The return was rejected. I then went back to select No and resubmitted, it was again rejected. I went and looked and the selection for the 1095-A was again on Yes. I toggled No, resasved the return, closed TurboTax and reopened. Went to the selection and the radio button was again toggled to Yes! Why does this keep happening? I looked for the forms 1095-A and 8962 in my return and they are not present. What is the issue?

I have private insurance through my employer, I do not receive a 1095-A. I received a 1095-B
There is no form 8962 in your tax return and you have looked for it in order to delete it. I would suggest either to clear and start the tax return over or to print the return out and mail it in. A third option is to actually enter the information from the 1095-A so the form is generated. Then go to the forms and delete it.
