E-file AND print?

I got a notice after e-filing that I needed to still print and mail some forms. When I tried to print, I received an error message. When I logged back in to turbotax later, I wasn't promoted to print anything. Does anyone have insights on how to figure out which documents need printed/submitted? I was unable to reach customer service despite several attempts.
