Yes, the IRS and state departments are separate so they often issue refunds at different times.

But i got state first not normal federal is first so this means i am not getting federal processing status ammount dates got all can this state first mean theirs no federal to come or do you have to get from both ?

Yes.... State tax return usually comes 1-3 weeks later. Depending the state. But always separately and later.
