Does anyone know if we can get a advance loan on a NetSpend card or is that only for the new card that they're using this year

TurboTax does not routinely offer refund loans. They are testing cash advances on a debit card, but the test is only available in 15 states, only available to users of TurboTax online, only available on certain dates, and you must meet other qualifications. If you are eligible for the cash advance offer, you will see it during checkout.

It only comes on a new card from the new bank and you have to apply (if qualified) before filing.
