Do you know anything on my return?

 My son Jas took care of verifying who he is and that he belongs to me, but still no answers or return. Can you please help by telling me what steps to take?

Don't know what the problem is.  Is your efile rejecting?  No one will know anything about your return.  If the IRS rejected it because your son was claimed on another return you will have to print and mail your return this year.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
